We can not live without food, but it goes beyond survival it is a source of comfort, pleasure, and security. Smells and tastes conjure up nostalgic memories of holidays, birthday parties, and reunions with those we treasure most. Cooking is a symbol of hospitality, and can define social status and religious significance. What we choose to eat, how we cook and serve food are all elements touched by our own individual cultural inheritance. Increasing awareness of cooking traditions and the countless ways foods are prepared and eaten around the world has enriched our food horizons.
Cooking gives a sense of pride and accomplishment. Finishing a fantastic looking dish, smelling the wonderful aromas that fill your kitchen. Sharing the gift of the cooking that we offer to other so carefully crafted by our own hands. Seeing the looks of pure bliss on the faces of those you love as they eagerly gobble up your offerings with a resounding “Mmmmm!”. So cook up something special today.
